Terms of service
Rights to photos
Use pet photos you have rights to and images of people who agree to appear. Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, deceptive impersonation or exploitative content.
Payment and credits
Prices are USD: one video $5.99, three $14.99, five $22.99. Packs are one-time purchases, with no automatic subscription. Credits are valid for 365 days; each video uses 150 credits.
Failures and refunds
Confirmed failed or rejected jobs automatically return reserved credits. Uncertain submissions are checked before retrying. A successful result that does not match your creative preference does not automatically return credits. A credit return is separate from a refund of the pack payment; contact support for payment issues.
Results and downloads
Outputs are AI recreations and may vary in detail and likeness; they do not document real events. Download links are temporary, so save your video when it is ready.
