What happens if a video fails?
Confirmed failed or rejected jobs automatically return reserved credits. If a submission is uncertain, we check its status before retrying so the same request is not submitted twice.
Is a credit return a payment refund?
No. Returning the 150 reserved credits lets you use them again; it does not reverse the pack payment. Contact support about payment issues. A successful video that does not match your creative preference does not automatically return credits or trigger a payment refund.
Can I see an example before paying?
Yes. The completed silver tabby example and its input photo are public and free to view. Generating your own video is paid and requires the studio to be available.
How long can I download my video?
Video links are temporary. The result shows the expiry time when supplied by the provider; download the MP4 promptly. If the link has expired, contact support with your video ID to check recovery options. Do not pay again to retrieve the same video.
