Account and order information
We store account, session, credit, order and video task records. Stripe processes payment card information; card details are not stored in our application database.
Photos and videos
Photo drafts stay on this device and expire after about two hours. When you generate, your photo is sent to Yir and its model providers. We do not save the original photo in the account database or automatically publish your work. Provider input files and output links have expiry periods; download finished videos promptly.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the app and database, Yir handles generation, and Stripe handles payments. The configured email provider sends authentication messages. Providers may process data outside your country.
Deletion and contact
Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of account information. Payment, audit and security records may require retention for legal or operational reasons.
